By accessing or using OptMaster AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the platform.
By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm you are at least 18 years old, authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your organization, and agree to comply with these terms and all applicable laws.
OptMaster AI provides a software-as-a-service platform for deploying AI-powered conversational agents on messaging platforms including Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, and Facebook Messenger. Features include agent builder, omnichannel inbox, analytics, CRM integrations, and A/B testing tools.
You agree not to use the Service to: send unsolicited commercial messages (spam); violate any third-party platform's terms of service including Meta's Platform Policies; collect user data without proper consent and disclosures; impersonate any person or entity; or engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
When using OptMaster AI to connect Instagram or Facebook accounts, you agree to comply with Meta's Platform Terms, Messaging Policies, and any additional requirements for accessing messaging APIs. You are responsible for ensuring your use of automated messaging complies with all applicable platform rules.
The OptMaster AI platform, software, designs, and proprietary AI models are our intellectual property. You retain full ownership of your conversation data, agent configurations, and business data.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. We may modify pricing with 30 days advance notice.
OptMaster AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months immediately preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, followed by binding arbitration if necessary.
