OptMaster AI ("we", "our", "us") operates the OptMaster AI platform — a service for deploying autonomous AI sales and support agents across messaging channels. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of data:

• Account data: name, email address, company name, billing information
• Usage data: features used, session duration, agent configuration settings
• Conversation data: messages exchanged between your AI agents and end-users
• Lead data: contact information of leads collected by your AI agents on your behalf
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, cookies

2. How We Use Your Data

Your information is used exclusively to:

• Provide and operate the OptMaster AI platform and its features
• Process payments and manage your subscription account
• Improve AI model accuracy and response quality (in anonymized form only)
• Send service updates, security alerts, and product communications
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data only with:

• Infrastructure providers: cloud hosting and payment processors under strict data processing agreements
• CRM integrations: only data you explicitly configure to sync (e.g. Bitrix24, HubSpot, Salesforce)
• Legal authorities: only when required by applicable law or court order

4. AI & Conversation Data

Conversations processed by your AI agents may be used in aggregated, anonymized form to improve our AI models. Raw conversation data is never shared with third parties. You may request deletion of all conversation data at any time by contacting us.

5. Data Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Conversation logs are retained for 12 months by default (configurable). Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to: access your personal data, request correction of inaccuracies, request deletion ("right to be forgotten"), restrict or object to processing, and request data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at service.optmaster@gmail.com.

7. Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3, AES-256) for data in transit and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel with multi-factor authentication and audit logging.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Optional analytics cookies are used only with your explicit consent and can be disabled at any time.

9. Third-Party Platforms (Meta / Instagram)

When you connect Instagram or Facebook to our platform, you authorize OptMaster AI to access messaging on your behalf in accordance with Meta's Platform Terms and our API usage agreements. We comply fully with Meta's Platform Policies, including data use restrictions, and use messaging permissions solely for delivering your configured AI agent responses to users who have opted into communication with your business account.

We do not use Meta platform data for advertising targeting, do not share it with data brokers, and do not use it for any purpose beyond operating your AI agent as configured by you.

10. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of all your personal data and conversation history at any time by emailing service.optmaster@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion via email. For users who connected via Meta platforms (Instagram, Facebook), you can also submit a deletion request through the platform's app settings.
